Appointment Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled/rescheduled at least 2 business days in advance.

Our doctor wants to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.

  • We do allow for one broken appointment as a courtesy.
  • Any additional failed appointments will be charged a fee of  $75.00 per appointment hour.
  • After two failed appointments we may require a deposit of up to 100% that will be applied to your treatment in order to reserve any further appointments.
  • After three failed appointments you risk being dismissed from the practice.

Thank you for being a valued patient and for your understanding and cooperation. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all patients.
