Meet the Heart Behind the Practice
Dr. Helen Moreno
Born and raised in San Diego, Dr. Helen Moreno is proud to bring compassionate, high-quality care back to the community that raised her. A first-generation American, Dr. Moreno earned her DDS from Universidad De La Salle in León, Mexico. Her education gave her not only a strong clinical foundation but also a deep appreciation for cultural sensitivity and the importance of personalized care—especially in healthcare spaces that can feel intimidating or impersonal.
With more than a decade of experience in general dentistry, Dr. Moreno is known for her gentle, judgment-free approach and her focus on lasting relationships. She’s passionate about giving every patient the time and attention they deserve, whether it’s a new smile design or a routine check-up. Patients often say her ability to listen, explain, and connect sets her apart from the typical dental experience.
As a female business owner, Dr. Moreno is also deeply committed to mentorship and representation in dentistry. Her practice is a reflection of her values: inclusive, tech-forward, and rooted in the belief that trust, respect, and kindness are at the core of great care.
When she’s not with patients, you’ll find Dr. Moreno enjoying life with her husband, Dr. Alex (who’s also a dentist!), and their newborn daughter. Dentistry may be her profession—but building meaningful connections is her passion.
Meet the Heart Behind the Practice
Dr. Nick Wong
Dr. Nick Wong is a dedicated and patient-focused dentist known for his commitment to delivering high-quality, conservative care that supports long-term oral health and confident smiles. A Sacramento native, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the prestigious University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
Dr. Wong combines clinical excellence with a compassionate approach, ensuring each patient receives personalized, functional, and aesthetically driven treatment. He stays current with advancements in dental techniques and technology through ongoing Continuing Education and maintains active membership in the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and San Diego County Dental Society (SDCDS).
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Wong enjoys staying active through hiking, biking, working out, and golfing. At home, he finds joy in relaxing with his two beloved cats, Lulu and Goose.

EMS Airflow GBT
Guided Biofilm Therapy replaces traditional scraping with gentle air, water, and powder polishing. It’s safe, effective, and especially great for patients with sensitive teeth or anxiety about cleanings.
Deka CO₂ Laser
Used for soft-tissue procedures and cold sore treatment, the Deka CO₂ laser reduces inflammation and speeds healing—often without the need for anesthesia or sutures.
